The Bucs are "visiting" with Richie Incognito. It's an exploratory step, step one in a process that may or may not take some time.

Incognito has been out of football since he was suspended by the Dolphins following his involvement in the Jonathan Martin bullying scandal.
Incognito would fill the void at guard nicely if he can put his moral baggage behind him.
First of all, Incognito has to convince a number of top level Bucs that he is not a bully. Secondly, he has to convince a number of Bucs players.
From what Gerald McCoy and Josh McCown said today, they would welcome Incognito to the team if he gave them a better chance to win. He does.
ESPN reports tonight that three teams are interested in Incognito now that he is free and clear to play. The Bucs have the early edge.
We should know soon.
