Bucs rookies make visit to St. Joseph's Children's Hospital

TAMPA BAY - It only took a few minutes for the Buccaneers rookies to realize what it meant to wear their new jerseys.
A visit to St. Joseph's Children's Hospital--their first community event together on behalf of the team--showed them everything they needed to know.
Some of the kids were too sick to really show their excitement, while others could barely contain theirs. One young girl told a handful of rookies that included new quarterback Mike Glennon and defensive end William Gholston that it was the happiest moment of her life.
They signed autographs for the kids, gave each a Buccaneers teddy bear, and spent a few minutes brightening their day. In the end, the kids weren't the only ones feeling that way.
