VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. - Volusia County deputies have charged Luis Toledo with second-degree murder following the disappearance of his 28-year-old wife, Yessenia Suarez, and their two children, 8 and 9.
Suarez and her children disappeared Oct. 23, and a few days after they went missing, officials said they believed the wife and children were dead.
According to a WFTV report, Toledo admitted he got into an argument with Suarez Oct 22, and and he ended up punching her in the throat.
He said she died from the blow. However, he denies having killed his children.
