my name is carol canciglia. my daughter jessica died on january 20, 2000. I also lived in the acreage off of grapeview blvd. we had lived there for about 5 years after moving from broward county. jessica had a headache around christmas time. i took her to her pediatrician who prescribed motrin, since she thought it might just be headaches. she took a week off from school, royle palm beach high school, 9th grade. I took her back to the pediatrician since the headaches were not getting any better. they did a cat scan on monday and saw a tumor in the brain. she was admitted to st. marys hospital. she died 4 days later. they had told me she was filled with cancer acording to the results of the mri at the hospital. the brain cancer was glemoblastoma, which has a survival rate of 1%. my cousin still lives in the acreage with children and is very consern of course. she called me to let me know what was going on in the news. if i can be of any help with letting you know about my daughters cancer, just let me know. i talk about my daughter every day. I would not want anyone to have to feel the heartache of loosing a child. it is beyond words. my email address is carolcanciglia @yahoo.com
