CHARLESTON, WV (AP) -- Eight bikers charged in a sweeping federal indictment aimed at the Pagans Motorcycle Club are due back in court.

Seven of them are scheduled to enter pleas in the case Thursday in U.S. District Court in Charleston. An eighth defendant is scheduled to appear at a hearing to determine whether he'll be held without bond pending trial.

In late September, a federal grand jury in Charleston indicted 55 members and associates of the outlaw biker club on charges including murder conspiracy, kidnapping and drug dealing.

The defendants include national Pagans President David Keith Barbeito of Myersville, Md., and national Vice President Floyd B. Moore of St. Albans. Also named are members and associates of Pagans chapters in West Virginia, Kentucky, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Florida.
