A Florida missing child alert has been issued for a 17-year-old teen that has the mental capacity of a 9-year-old, according to Volusia County Sheriff's Office.
Nicole Crowder, a St. Louis native, was visiting with her mother in Volusia County, Fla. when she disappeared.
She was last seen with a 30-year-old man and another teenaged female at a Daytona Beach Econo Lodge near the beach 5:30 Saturday evening.

The teen's mother, Windermere, says Nicole is very naive and easily influenced by peers.
She also takes several medications for bi-polar disorder and ADHD, but she does not have the medications with her.

She was last seen with a man described as a 30-year-old that weighs 225 pounds with a medium build, bald head, gold "grill" in his upper mouth and a beer gut.
The person accompanying the man was described as a female in her late teens with a dark complexion, a skinny build and braided hair. She was wearing a black cotton cover over her bathing suit with ruffles on top.
