OCALA, Fla. - UPDATE: 1-year-old Robert Hagerty who went missing on Jan. 25 was found in Volusia County in the care of a relative Thursday morning, Ocala Police have learned.
However his mother, 27-year-old K'Tina White, has not been found.
The child was discovered missing last Friday, after detectives went the Ocala apartment of the child's father, 37-year-old Patrick Hagerty, to do a welfare check.
The father, the child, and his mother, KTina White, were all initially found safe in the apartment, and the Department of Children and Families advised detectives to release the family. They left the scene at 11:34 a.m.
But at 3:10 p.m., DCF called the home, saying an emergency hearing had been scheduled and a Hillsborough County judge had a pick-up order for the child.
When officers went back to the home, no one was there.
At 7:23 p.m., the located the father at the apartment and he gave consent to search the home.
Neither White nor the child was there, and the father said he didn't know their whereabouts.
The child was listed as a missing child.
The baby had medication which was supposed to run out sometime between Jan 26 -28.
Efforts to find the child were ramped up, but addresses in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Hernando Counties were checked with negative results.
Security was placed on the father's apartment with constant checks.
On Saturday the father said he communicated with the mother via text messages. The mother indicated she was in New Port Richey.
More addresses in Pasco counties were checked with negative results.
On Wednesday, a warrant for the mother was issued by Hillsborough County authorities.
The father told officers he had been in contact with the mother through Facebook messaging. He allowed a search of his apartment again, but not his Facebook account. He denied knowledge of where the mother of child was.
DCF advised the child's prescription was filled on Tuesday at Walgreen's in Ormond Beach. Walgreen's employees told officials a male with the father's description who identified himself as the father filled the prescription.
A sergeant met with the father at his apartment. He claimed to have filed the prescription two weeks ago at an Ocala Walgreens.
He said he has not left Ocala in several days, denying that he filled it in Ormond Beach.
The child was entered with the Florida Emergency Missing Child Alert system, which is one step below Amber Alert.
He was found around 9:00 a.m.
No further details are available at this time.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a missing child alert for a 1-year-old boy with Hillsborough County ties.
The child, Robert Hagerty, has been missing since Jan. 25., but officials suspect he is with his mother, 27-year-old K'Tina White.
This comes after a Hillsborough County judge ordered Hagerty's mother to turn the child over to the Department of Children and Families through a civil injunction.
The police department was with White and the child following the ruling, but at some point DCF said the mother and Hagerty could go.
DCF then called the mother back a few hours later and said that they did need to take the child back, but the mother and the child were gone.
Law enforcement says they are ramping up efforts to locate the boy because his medication was expiring. His mother is believed to have refilled the prescription in Ormond Beach, where she may have relatives.
Hagerty was last seen in the 1800 block of SE 18 th Avenue.
He is described as a white male, two feet tall, 30 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes.
Ocala Police officials say he may be with his mother, described as a white woman with blond hair.
They may be traveling in a 2001 silver Honda Accord with the Florida tag number UQG7P.
