YBOR CITY, Fla. - A two-story wood-frame home in Ybor City burned for two hours Monday morning as Tampa Fire Rescue crews worked to extinguish an intense fire.
Crews were dispatched to the house at 2306 North Nebraska Avenue just before 1:00 a.m.
According to a report, Tampa Fire crews made entry through the rear of the home. Once inside, the fire became too intense, forcing firefighters to back out and attack the fire from outside.
It took Tampa Fire Rescue crews approximately two hours to contain the blaze.
Approximately 45 Tampa Fire Rescue responders were on scene of this fire.
Tampa Fire Marshal investigators are investigating the cause and origin of the fire.
There were no injuries reported.
