TAMPA - Tampa police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing woman.
Julie Chadwell, 25, was last seen at Tampa General Hospital where she was being treated for injuries resulting from a slip Saturday.
She was released around 9 p.m. and told hospital staff she was going to take the bus back to her home in Brandon.
Police say Chadwell never got on the bus. Her father reported her missing when she didn't arrive home at 2 a.m. Sunday.
Chadwell reportedly has the mental capacity of a 15 year old, but typically is able to travel and function on her own.
Anyone with any information on her whereabouts are asked to call Tampa police.
Update: Chadwell was found safe and sound by officers Saturday morning at the Marion Street bus terminal. She was waiting for the right bus to arrive, but was taken home by her father.
She told officers that she had meet someone and decided to go for a walk with them around the city.
