Tampa police looking for shooter involved in fatal robbery

TAMPA - Tampa police are looking for two suspects who robbed one man and shot another Saturday night.

Around 10 p.m. two men were outside of the Extended Stay Hotel on Spruce sitting in the parking lot drinking beer.  While they were sitting on the tailgate of their truck, another truck pulled into the parking lot.

An armed man got out of the grey Ford F-150 and demanded money from the two men.

Nicholas Bravos, 33, gave the suspect what money he had, however Agustin Osorio-Pacheco, 41, attempted to run across the parking lot toward the hotel.

The suspect ran after Osorio-Pacheco and shot him as he neared the entrance to the hotel.

The shooter got back in the truck and fled with the suspect who remained in the truck.

Osorio-Pacheco was taken to Saint Joseph's hospital where he later died from his injuries.

Police say both victim's were staying at the Extended Stay while they were working a construction job in Tampa.

Both are from Winter Gardens.
