Paparazzi descends on South Tampa to speak with David Petraeus link, Jill Kelley

TAMPA - The joggers were not the only ones getting exercise out here along Bayshore Boulevard this morning.

Paparazzi from outlets like the New York Post and the London Daily Mail on-line were in search of today's must-have get, inside the house at 1005 Bayshore Blvd.

The woman who supposedly pulled the initial thread that unraveled a secret sexual scandal and led to the fall of a four star general and CIA chief.  Her name -- Jill Kelley.

Shortly before 10:00 Monday morning, the 37-year-old emerged and purposefully strode to her car, then drove off, not uttering one syllable about the scandal swirling around her.

Her e-mail misgivings, which led to an FBI probe, pointed to the biographer of General David Petraeus, and the General himself engaging in inappropriate behavior wasn't discussed outside her home.

It mentioned much by her neighbors either, who have been almost as un-nerved by this media invasion.

"Well, I don't know a lot about it," said Matt Bray, who lives a couple of doors down from where the photographers staked out the Kelley home. "I'm sad to see something happen to the General like that, and to the family involved."

"Well, it is what it is obviously with the media," said Realtor Jim Walters -- another neighbor.  "Good, and bad I guess, but I'll go back to saying that they're great friends and great neighbors."

There was little sign of any activity following the departure of Mrs. Kelley this morning.
