Man shot in home invasion, robbery; suspects on the run

A man was shot Friday night after he was attacked and robbed at his home in Tampa.  Hillsborough County deputies are searching for two men responsible.
 
The victim, Darrell Moore was approached just before midnight as he walked from his home to his car in the driveway at 6408 Wilshire Drive in Tampa.  
 
The two suspects chased Moore, pistol-whipped him, and forced him inside the home.  There, Moore's room mate got into a scuffle with the suspects.  During the struggle, the suspect's gun discharged striking Moore in the leg.
 
Moore, 30, was taken to St. Joseph's hospital with non life threatening injuries.
 
The suspects fled the residence, and it was undetermined as what was taken.
 
Hillsborough County Deputies are looking for the two men, who are described as follows:
  • #1 - black male, mid 20's, 5'11" - 6', between 225 and 240 lbs., stocky build, short fade.  Wearing a black t-shirt and black shorts.
  • #2 - black male, mid 20's, 5'7" - 5'8", approximately 180 lbs., slim build, possible goatee and has dreadlocks in a ponytail.  Wearing a black shirt and black pants.
