HCSO: Surveillance camera captures man attaching skimming device to bank ATM

A man who attached a skimming device to a drive-thru ATM was captured in the act by a surveillance camera, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
It happen on August 13 around 6:30 p.m.at the Regions Bank at 6297 West Waters Avenue.
The suspect attached the equipment to the ATM card reader using green tape and a glue-like substance.
A second device, a small silver box, was placed on the front underside of the ATM.  It contained a camera to record keystrokes as customers entered their personal identification numbers.
The suspect is described as being light skinned, possibly black male, with no facial hair. He wore an orange ball cap, stocking mask over face, light-colored t-shirt, several beaded necklaces and light-colored latex gloves.
He was driving a newer model SUV, white or silver in color.
