A suspect has been arrested by Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office after he fled from deputies early Wednesday morning.

At approximately 6:50 p.m. on Wednesday night, Jesus Manuel Angulo-Ocacio, 22, turned himself in at the District One office, still wearing handcuffs from the early morning incident.

Angulo-Ocacio is charged with escape and possession of Heroin and could possibly face other charges.

Around midnight on Wednesday, two deputies pulled over a Honda SUV for a traffic violation in the area of Fowler Avenue and 22nd Street.

Deputies say there were two people in the vehicle and there was marijuana inside of the car. The two suspects were arrested and handcuffed next to the SUV.

During a search, deputies found 20 bags of heroin on one of the suspects. The unidentified suspect, later identified as Angulo-Ocacio, ran from deputies while they were interviewing him.

Michalle A. Medina-Hernandez was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and police searched for the suspect who ran away.

Deputies are conducting more interviews and investigating the incident.
