While they continue to follow up on leads and attempt to get surveillance video from the area, they say they are still working with a very limited description of the suspect.

"The female victim in this case was very shook up when we went to interview her a second time," says Sgt. Lewis.  "She could not describe him other than him being a black male at this time."

The male victim told deputies he went to pick his wife up from her job off Palm River Road Tuesday night around 9:00.  When they got home, there was a newer model four-door Nissan or Toyota in front of their house.  The couple say they went to get out of the car and that's when the suspect approached them.  The male victim telling us he was ordered onto the ground at gunpoint.  The female victim tried barricading herself inside the car.

"I thought my wife got killed, got shot dead," says the male victim, who doesn't want to be identified.

He says the gunman fired three shots into the car, shattering the window and puncturing the dash, but thankfully, none of them hitting his wife.
