TAMPA - For the first time in almost 30 years, an American won the Boston marathon men's race. Relatives in Tampa watched live streams of Meb Keflezighi crossing the finish line. They say running is his full-time job. During a visit in December, he trained multiple times a day on Bayshore Boulevard. He missed last year's marathon due to an injury. "He had it in his mind that he was going to try to keep himself healthy and train as hard as he can so he could compete," said Maurice Loregnard, his brother-in-law.
