TAMPA - A 4-month-old baby is recovering Monday after her stroller was hit by a car.
According to police, the baby's mother was crossing the intersection at Florida Avenue and Bush Boulevard when the stroller was struck.
Police say the mother was crossing the street illegally.
Witnesses describe seeing the baby fly through the air.
Fortunately the infant did not receive life-threatening injuries.
The mother was not injured, but may face charges.
