Treasure Island police looking for armed robbery suspect

TREASURE ISALND, Fla. - Treasure Island police are looking for a man who they say robbed a Walgreens Pharmacy at gunpoint early Sunday morning.

The gunman walked into the store on Gulf Boulevard just before 5 a.m. robbing the store employee who was working at the time.

Three employees were there at the time of the robbery, but none were injured.

Police describe the suspect as a tall man with medium muscular build, He was wearing a light blue jeans and a black short sleeved shirt. The man was wearing a full face black knit hat with gloves and had heavy southern accent.

Witnesses believe he may have been driving a larger model motorcycle with saddlebags and the words "driving lights" on the front cowling.

It is unclear how much cash the suspect was able to make off with.

The robbery is still under investigation.
