Authorities are working to identify a man whose body was found in a St. Petersburg canal late Monday night.
ST. PETERSBURG - Authorities have identified a man's body found in a St. Petersburg canal late Monday night.
A passerby found 17-year-old Manuel Vivanco of Dunedin in the canal on the south side of the Jacaranda Retirement Home at 4250 56 th St. North.
The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and said Vivanco's death is not suspicious in nature.
Toxicology reports are still pending.
Detectives believe Vivanco had been in the water for about two days.
