FOUND: Norman Franklin Reed, Jr. of Winter Haven

Norman Franklin Reed, Jr. of Winter Haven, who had been reported missing,  has been located in the Wesley Chapel area and is safe and uninjured.
Winter Haven Police are asking for help in locating 53 year-old Norman Franklin Reed, Jr. of Winter Haven who was last seen August 14, 2014.
Reed suffers from severe depression and could be a danger to himself. 
He was last seen by neighbors at his Carlton Arms apartment at 10 p.m. last Thursday. He told the neighbor that he had just returned from his father's funeral.
He also indicated to his brother that he was depressed.
Reed could be driving his 2008 Dodge Ram Quad pickup truck, red in color, with a West Virginia tag # NMN417. The truck has a chrome push bar on the front and Polk County Fire Department stickers on the rear windows.
