Largo police charge 49-year-old man with sexual battery on minor

The Largo Police Department is working with other agencies in the area, and Georgia authorities regarding allegations of Sexual Battery and Lewd and Lascivious exhibition on a juvenile male victim by a 49-year-old man.

Jeffrey Youngblood traveled to Largo to meet the alleged victim but was stopped as he arrived around midnight on Friday, according to Largo detectives. 

Following an interview, Youngblood, was charged by the Largo Police Department with 2 counts of sexual battery and 2 counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition. 

Other jurisdictions are currently conducting their own investigations.

Youngblood has lived in several different areas of Largo over the past 19 years. In the last year, he has moved between Largo, Pasco County, and Smyrna, GA.
