Residents of the Shadow Ridge Subdivision in Pasco County  will be cleaning up storm damage on this Sunday after a strong wind toppled trees and ripped up fencing as heavy rains and wind moved through the area at about 8 am.

Michelle Storms, who lives on Buckhorn Drive, told me that she believes it was a "mini-tornado" that caused the damage at her home.  The picture seen here was taken in her backyard.

"It sounded like a freight train," she says.  "I'm OK, but it was scary."

Neighbors are assessing damage this morning as Michelle heads to church, thankful that the damage was not worse and that no one was hurt..

We have crews on the way to the scene and will update the situation as we get more information.
