Pasco County Sheriff's Office: Shots fired after suspect tries to run over deputy

A Pasco County deputy fired shots at a driver after the man tried to run over the deputy.  Another deputy caught up with the suspect and took him into custody.
 
The incident began around 11:30 p.m. in the 7100 block of Colfax in Port Richey when the suspect fired a gun at his neighbor after an argument.  The neighbor returned fire, but no one was hurt. 
 
The suspect then took off in a vehicle.
 
When the first responding deputy pulled him over, the man tried to run over the deputy.
 
Pasco County spokesperson Kevin Doll said there were no injuries.
