The Pasco County Sheriff's Office announced early Thursday morning a man is under arrest for the murder of Antonio Rangel. Rangel's body was found on Moon Lake Road on Wednesday morning.
Detectives say person found dead on the side of the road in New Port Richey was a victim of homicide.

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. - The Pasco County Sheriff's Office announced early Thursday morning a man is under arrest for the murder of Antonio Rangel.
Thomas Lesher is charged with Second Degree Murder. According to an arrest affidavit, the homicide was over a drug dispute.
Text messages between Lesher and Rangel were discovered during the investigation. Lesher's home is near the location where Rangel's body was found.
A passerby spotted the 20-year-old's body on the side of Moon Lake Road around 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Rangel's blood-stained car was found nearby.
Rangel's family in New Port Richey was too distraught to discuss their son's murder.
His former Gulf High School school football coach could not understand who would kill Antonio.
"Tony's a good kid," said Troy Ruthruff. "He was a good kid. Outstanding young man, I don't know why, or what?"
