911 caller transfered to recorded line during home invasion

A desperate father called 911 to report a violent home invasion in Pasco County this week. But he ran into a series of issues that led to him getting disconnected, sent to a non-emergency line and sent to a line created for training purposes.

County officials say that it didn't cause a delay in getting deputies to the home and that they've fixed the problem that caused the calls to transfer.
