As a neighborhood reels from three homicides, three families are making final arrangements.

This Saturday, inside the Gonzalez Funeral Home, family and friends are honoring the memory of Monica Hoffa. Three families now pleading for help to catch their loved one's killer.

A shaky voice reads out a Father’s Day card.

“You are the best father ever papa I love you very much," read Casimar Naiboa.

The card one of the only remaining bonds to his son. 20-year-old Anthony Naiboa’s only mistake was taking the wrong bus to a Seminole Heights neighborhood. Twenty minutes before he was shot dead he called his mom to let her know he’d be late.

“Do you know what that feels like?" Asked Maria Rodriguez, "Waiting and waiting for your child to come home."

Today, she’s making funeral arrangements. Meanwhile, this triple homicide, has neighbors terrified.

“We’re not going out at night," said Randy Moore, "I'm getting lights, cameras, doing some security precautions just trying to be more careful.”

Every available Tampa Police Officer is combing through the neighborhood. No strong leads besides this surveillance video of a person of interest.

“They have to understand that what they are doing isn’t a game. You don’t play with human lives," said Rodriguez.

Her family begging everyone to carefully examine the video. She believes someone has crucial information they haven't told police.

“I’m asking the community to please stand up and stop being scared," she said.

Casimar Naiboa is grieving. He wants his son’s killer to know one image keeps him going.

“See you in the death penalty crying for your life," he said.
