A Plant City father is accused of possessing and sharing child pornography.

David Fuller, 61, of 3109 Emerson Place in Plant City, is facing three counts of possession of child porn.

Fuller is out on bond tonight.

According to FDLE, officers began investigating Fuller in March.

On Wednesday, he was arrested at his home.

Officers say they tracked the downloading and sharing of child porn via an IP address.  Further investigation led them to Fuller.

An arrest affidavit states Fuller admitted he owned the computer the files were found on.

Neighbors say the arrest is unnerving because Fuller's home backs up to Walden Lakes Elementary School.

"The pathway to the school is pretty much unfettered access from the house where the gentleman was arrested," said Craig Lennard, a neighbor.

Cassie Lennard, who has a 3-year-old son, does not feel her child is safe.

"We let my son come out here in a pull ups and that's it," said Cassie.  "He likes to play in the rain."

ABC Action News knocked on Fuller's door for comment.

A man who identified himself as Fuller's son said Fuller was at work and would not return until the evening.

An arrest affidavit lists Fuller's profession as electrician.
