ABC Action News has learned a minister arrested for child molestation faces a new charge after bonding out of jail.
Hillsborough County deputies arrested Francisco Rios Monday at his house in Brandon.
Jail records show deputies arrested Rios at 9:45 a.m. and booked him on one count of lewd or lascivious molestation.
Hillsborough County court documents confirm the new victim was between 12 and 16 years old.
According to those court documents, the crime happened between Jan. 1 and April 18.
Rios bonded out of jail for those same charges at the end of April.
His neighbor Robert Patton called the charge a shock. Patton has now watched deputies haul his neighbor away twice.
Other neighbors said he still holds church services in his home. After his first arrest, the strip mall where his church had been closed its doors.
“He's not going to ever stop what he is doing,” said a woman who knows Rios but asked not to be identified. “I think they need to keep him."
The State Attorney's Office originally charged Rios with molesting two girls, ages 12 and 17, and a 43-year-old woman. His latest accuser is younger than 16.
Rios will have his first appearance on the new charge Tuesday morning.
