HERNANDO COUNTY, Fla - Sebastian Plunk, 18, is not having a good Wednesday behind bars.
Already facing 31 charges, including three counts of unarmed burglary of an unoccupied structure, two counts of property damage, three counts of larceny theft of a firearm and three counts of armed burglary of a dwelling place, a Hernando County deputy tacked an additional 14 charges.
Deputies say they've tied the Spring Hill teen to numerous vehicle burglaries while he has been behind bars. Deputies say he stole at least four guns from inside those cars.
Plunk's additional charges include 10 counts of burglary, one count of grand theft and two counts of armed burglary.
According to deputies, Plunk was charged with armed burglary because he stole guns. They also noted that all the vehicles broken into were unoccupied.
Plunk has been held without bond since August 5.
Earlier this month, deputies arrested a 16-year-old they believe acted as Plunk's partner in the vehicle burglaries. His name is not being released because he is a minor.
Detectives say during interviews, Plunk admitted to stealing one of the guns and using the 16-year-old as a lookout.
