Deputies: Teen admitted to gunning down sister's boyfriend with 9MM handgun

DADE CITY, Fla. - A 17-year-old boy has been arrested after allegedly shooting and killing his sister's boyfriend Friday night.
According to Pasco County deputies, the teen shot and killed Juan Quesada-Acuna, 32, with a 9 m.m. handgun around 10 p.m. outside a home on River Road in Dade City.
Quesada-Acuna was sitting in a vehicle with the suspect's sister when the suspect approached and shot him, deputies said. The suspect's sister, who is not being identified, was not hurt.
According to an arrest report, the teen admitted to deputies that he went to his father's truck, removed the gun, loaded a magazine into it, chambered a round and opened fire on Acuna.
Deputies said Acuna did not provoke the shooting.
The teen also told deputies that he advised people if Acuna came to the family home he would shoot him, the arrest report goes on to state.
The teen was booked into the Land O' Lakes Detention Center. The suspect is being charged with first-degree murder.
The suspect is not being identified in according with ABC Action News juvenile identification policy.
Neighbors, who declined to speak on camera out of fear of retaliation, told ABC Action News there is drug activity at the house. In addition, in February of 2012, the suspect's father was shot in the head multiple times and lived. That shooting also occurred on the property.
