This is Tampa's largest New Year's Eve celebration - and it's free! The evening begins with live music in the courtyard at Channelside Bay Plaza and ends with a bang! Don't miss the nation's only floating ball drop over the channel featuring a crowd led 10 second countdown at the stroke of midnight. The ball drop emulates the famous Times Square ball drop. The celebration routinely attracts 10,000 - 15,000 revelers to ring in the New Year!
Sail Pavilion Annual New Year's Eve Luau
Food truck luau party starting at 7pm. No cover, at Riverwalk in downtown Tampa. There will be 8 food trucks for all taste buds. Live entertainment (with DJ), drink specials, craft beers and more!
Yacht StarShip New Year's Eve Fireworks Cruise

Aqua Eve at the Florida Aquarium
Celebrate New Year's Eve with a splash at The Florida Aquarium's Aqua-Eve! The historic Ybor City's annual Outback Bowl Parade and Pep Rally featuring floats, college cheerleaders and more than 20 marching bands. Family-friendly and FREE. Sponsored by Tampa General Hospital and the City of Tampa.
Karina Smirnoff, professional dancer on ABC's Dancing with the Stars, hosts Seminole Hard Rock Tampa's "Pop the Cork" New Year's Eve party. Advance tickets: $85, Day of: $95 Package includes four drink tickets, appetizers, champagne toast and free admission into West Coast Toast after 1 a.m. Doors open at 9 p.m.
Celebrate 2014 at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay including fireworks at midnight, rides, and DJs pumping party music throughout the park. Admission to party included with park ticket.

Light It Up Clearwater
Midnight fireworks on Clearwater Beach! Open to the public, FREE.

Ring in the new year with bluesman B.B. King with the first New Year's Eve concert at the 93-year-old Capitol Theatre in downtown Clearwater. Tickets: $150, starts at 9 p.m.

A fun, family-friendly event from 2 p.m. - 1 a.m. on Main Street in downtown Sarasota. Live music, children's rides, midway games and the Pineapple Drop at midnight.
Four-hour cruise featuring live band, party favors and champagne toast at midnight. Includes buffet and dessert. Tickets: $149, boarding begins at 8 p.m.
Ritz Carlton Sarasota. Toast goodbye to 2013 to live music and dancing. Tickets $55, doors open at 8 p.m.
Party zones include their own entertainment and signature drinks, access to six different clubs, live music and gourmet cuisine, includes a dance floor built just for the event in front of the CityWalk Plaza Stage. Tickets: $99.99 before Dec. 21, $119 after Dec. 21.
Ring in the new year at any of the parks at Walt Disney World. Events included with park admission. Note: park hopping not recommended. Arrive to your park of choice early. Once the parks reach capacity, no further admittance will be allowed.
For the Kids
The annual "Noon" Year's Eve daytime celebration hosted by the Zoo and Radio Disney AM 1380. Games, arts and crafts, live entertainment, educational displays and more. Families can ring in the New Year with noisemakers, hats and a juice toast as they watch the clock strike 12 NOON. Activities are included with Zoo admission. Doors open at 9:30 a.m.
Ring in the Noon Year with Great Explorations Children's Museum. Fun family-friendly activities, create collages, party hats, and underwater fireworks. Balloon and bubble drop with apple juice toast at noon. Doors open at 10 a.m.
Party at Kid Standard Time (7 p.m.) with a giant LEGO brick drop. Includes fireworks and dance party.
Ring in the new year with music, lights, dance, fire, bubbles, stories and fireworks. The 21st Annual New Year's Eve celebration starts at 4 p.m. Tickets: $10 adults, $5 for kids 6-12, 5 and under FREE.
Starting at noon, families will celebrate the New Year at the top of every hour with balloon drops, party hats and noisemakers. Party included with general admission. 11:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
