MEMPHIS, Tenn. - It's pretty much universally recognized that everything is better with bacon, right? At least one chef believes that anyway!
He created the "bacon bun," which is a burger bun made from entirely, as you might imagine, 100% bacon.
Clint Cantwell, of Memphis, says he was tired of ordering bacon on his burger to only end up with a few slices. So he created his own!
That's something to think about as you fire up the grill this Fourth of July.
Of course, this bacon burger bun may be packing a few extra calories, but you could look at it this way: it's gluten free and has zero carbs!
