NEW YORK - It's been another session of big losses on Wall Street so far today.
The Dow was down more than 200 points at midday, while the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq were off close to one and a-half percent.
Contributing to the gloom is a report on the manufacturing sector.
The Institute for Supply Management says factories cut back sharply on production and new orders plunged last month as its index of manufacturing activity fell to 51.3.
That's still translates to expansion, but it's the lowest reading since May.
