National Unfriend Day for Facebook users immortalized in Charlie Brown cartoon

It's unofficial holiday time! November 17 marks the second annual National Unfriend Day, a time for Facebook users to unfriend those Facebook friends who clutter up your feed and generally aren't really, well you know, your friends.

The concept was originated by host Jimmy Kimmel last year when he challenged people to do some Facebook friend spring cleaning.

To cement the authenticity of his pseudo holiday, a Peanuts cartoon was created for it entitled, "It's National UnFriend Day Charlie Brown".

The classic cartoon is brought up to date with a social media savvy Linus, who posts pictures of his blanket, ponders who he will unfriend.
