Charges dropped against one of the Walker Middle School rape suspects

TAMPA, FL -- According to court documents, prosecutors have dropped 2 of the 4 sexual battery charges against Lee Louis Myers.

Myers is one of four students accused of sodomizing another team player with a hockey and broomstick at Walker Middle School.

Co-defendants Diemante Roberts, 15, and Raymond Price-Murray, and Randall Moye, both 14, are still facing four counts of each of sexual battery.

All four boys remain free on bail and are awaiting trial where they will be tried as adults.
