TAMPA, FL -- Who would have thought you could make chicken cordon bleu on the grill?  Well, Tony Fatso shows you this easy recipe to this great family dish.  It's so easy, you'll want to fire up the grill tonight!

4 pieces of thinly sliced chicken cutlets or 4 pieces of chicken breast pounded out to about a ½ an inch thick
4 Slices deli ham
4 Slices Swiss cheese

Preheat your well oiled grill for heat. Lay each piece of chicken flat and put a slice of deli ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on top. Starting with the widest side of the breast, roll the chicken breast capturing the ham and cheese in the middle.  Secure the chicken with two or three toothpicks.

Toss the chicken roll ups onto the grill.  Cook for 5 minutes per side. Be sure to cook evenly.  When an instant read thermometer reads 170 degrees the chicken is done.
