While your are grilling hotdogs and hamburgers this holiday weekend, why not make dessert on the grill too!  Tony Fatso has a delicious and tasty dessert you make on the grill.

Tony Fatso's Super S'mores

What you need:
Heavy duty aluminum foil
Frozen store-bought pound cake
Jar of marshmellow fluff
Bag of your favorite chocolate chips-room temperature or warmer

Slice the pound cake hoizontally into 3 pieces:  top, middle and bottom
Lay all three pieces in front of you.  On the bottom and middle pieces, spread a thick layer of marshmellow fluff.  Then sprinkle a layer of chocolate chips on the fluff.

Re-assemble the pound cake into it's original form, except with the goods in the middle.

Double wrap the pound cake tightly in the aluminum foil and grill the package over medium-high heat for about 15 minutes.

Flip and rotate the package on the grill frequently to ensure even cooking and even heat distribution.  The whole point of this is to toast the pound cake and melt the chocolate.

Remove from the grill, take off the foil and prepare yourself for heaven!

Serve with a side of vanilla ice cream to make it an extra special treat!
