Last Update: 6/06/2009 11:07 am
TAMPA, FL -- Grillmaster Tony "Fatso" Siciliano fired up the coals Saturday morning to cook his special brand of pork chops.

Here's the recipe:

6 Pork Chops, at least an inch thick

1 cup of apple jelly

Cayenne pepper to taste

Preheat your grill to high heat. Place the pork chops on the grill. Mix the jelly with a pinch of pepper and test, if you would like a spicier jelly add more pepper. Once you flip the pork chops over, spoon the jelly on top of the cooked pork chop side. Let the chop cook to 160 degrees. Remove the chops from the grill and add more jelly while the pork chop is resting before being served.
