TAMPA, FL -- This weekend our grilling expert, Tony "Fatso" Siciliano is firing up the grill to show you how to make your buffalo wings at home.

Here's Tony's recipe for "Better than Buffalo Grilled Chicken Wings."

Two pounds of chicken wings, cut
A bottle of your favorite hot sauce
Butter
White wine Vinegar

Prepare a hot fire on your grill, and be sure that the cooking grate is well oiled.

Place the chicken wings directly over the fire.  With your tongs, constantly move the chicken wings around the grill and flip them constantly. After about 12 minutes the chicken wings will be completely cooked.

Remove the wings from the grill and place them into a large mixing bowl.

Now it is time to make the sauce.  I use equal parts of hot sauce and butter.  Heat them together until the butter is completely melted.  If you like a hotter sauce, use more hot sauce, if you want it milder, add butter.

Once the butter and hot sauces are well blended add a splash of white wine vinegar and whisk together.  Pour the sauce over the bowl of wings and toss them to coat evenly.

Check out Tony's website, On the Grill Radio, for more of his great recipes.
