These are very tough times financially out there. It's understandable that you might want to make a little money off unused bedrooms but you have to be VERY careful who you let into your home. Go through your pastor or another person you know you can trust. Protect yourself by posting the "Rules of the House" for boarders to see and leave the details of who is boarding with you with the trusted person. Set up a routine where you "check in" daily with someone and if you do not, they will come looking for you to make sure you are OK. Trust no one!
