Teen passenger killed in overnight crash on I-75

TAMPA, FL -- A Seffner teenager was killed when the car her sister was driving overturned on I-75 early this morning.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol 17-year old Arielle Warkow was driving south on near Bruce B Downs Boulevard when she swerved and lost control of her car just after 3 am Saturday morning.

The car landed in the grass median and overturned, investigators said.

Her sister, 16-year old Britney Warkow, was ejected from the car and pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say she wasn't wearing her seatbelt.

The driver was wearing a seatbelt and suffered minor injuries.
