Tampa woman stops armed carjacker with her own gun

I have spent time in Sweden working for a Swedish company. Most of the Swedish men I met envy our right to self defense. Swedes have absolutely NO right to self defense, let alone with a gun. In Sweden, this woman would have been expected to give up her car without so much as slapping the carjacker's face. We must understand that the gun rights we have in the USA are utterly alien and frankly offensive to the rest of the world. Much of the ruling class in the so-called civilized world regards private gun owners as criminals like fugitive Nazi concentration camp guards. There will probably come a time when American gun owners like this woman risk prosecution if they travel to Britain and Europe. We MUST stop trying to police the world and make it safe for democracy. The world is NOT safe for freedom and democracy and never will be. Our OWN COUNTRY is barely safe. Ron Paul 2012

She should have shot and killed the SOB. Now he'll go to trial, serve little to no time and be back on the streets to do it over again.

Adriana, reacted and stood her ground, Good for her she did not have to kill him; espically over a car jacking, she did the right thing. it could have ended tragically if she had not been packing. I am glad your safe, and that you to, took the course to carry concealled weapon.

The only thing she did wrong was not pull the trigger. 1) No listening to "he be arrested only cause he's black" bs. 2) No court appointed attorney 3) No 3 hots and a cot 4) No agonizing "mamma" on TV saying her was about to graduate from med school 5) No protracted trail where we hear all the "woe is me" stories 6) No bill sent to the tax payers Next time honey -----BLOW HIS BRAINS OUT!!!
