TAMPA, FL -- Tampa police have charged an Iraqi born Tampa man with torturing a female family member after she caught him with pornography.
According to a Hillsborough County Sheriff's arrest log, Moslim Al-Assadi has been arrested for aggravated child abuse (torture) for domestic violence. He is being held without bond.

fficers responded out to a local elementary school to investigate a child abuse. The female victim reported that a relative bound her hands as a punishment for finding his pornographical movies. Then he placed her in a partially filled bath tub causing distress in her breathing. This was witnessed by other siblings."Police did not say if the girl was seriously hurt, nor did they reveal her age.
