PINELLAS COUNTY, FL -- The State Attorney's Office has ruled that the deputy involved shooting of Kentin Brooks October 29th was justified.
After an attempted traffic stop on October 29th in Indian Shores, the driver, Kentin Brooks, began firing at Deputies who then returned the fire.
Brooks not only refused to stop, but he taunted members of law enforcement by running "donuts" in front of them.
The suspect was shot and killed during the exchange of gunfire.
