Shirtless man attemps robbery at a Tampa Circle K

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL -- Hillsborough County Deputies are asking for help locating a shirtless man who attempted to rob a Tampa Circle K.

Deputies say a man entered the Circle K on 12850 Morris Bridge Road in Thonotosassa on Tuesday with his face covered with a white t-shirt. The suspect showed a crowbar and demanded cash from the clerk. The clerk disarmed the suspect, who then fled in an unknown white vehicle.

The suspect is being described as a white male, 40 – 45 years of age, 6’2”, 250 lbs., with pot belly, blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white t-shirt around his head.

Anyone with any information reference the suspect is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office at 247-8200 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-8477.
