RIVERVIEW, FL -- It was supposed to look like a suicide.  Detectives knew something wasn't right when they began their investigation into the death of Arthur Tilley.

He was found shot to death Tamra Leasure's Riverview home on March 5th.

Leasure was arrested Monday on 2nd degree murder charges after detectives said she shot Tilley three times with a handgun and then placed the gun in Tilley's hand to make it look like a suicide.

Detectives say the pair were arguing in the kitchen when Tilley, of Dedham, Maine, was shot three times, once in the head, neck and upper body.

Authorities say Leasure told them she called 911 to report a suicide and then put the gun in the hand to complete the ruse.  Then she told detectives "the third shot was not necessary"

Leasure is being held in the Hillsborough County Jail.
