PALMETTO, FL -- A Manatee County woman is charged with child neglect after she was found intoxicated with her 19-month-old son wandering nearby, according to police.

Cops say 29-year-old Guadlia Bravo was drinking beer in a Publix parking lot on 10th Street West on Sunday.

A witness saw the child wandering near a trash bin at an Advance Auto Parts store next to the Publix while his mother sat on the curb.

When the witness tried to return the child to Bravo, she said the boy wasn't hers.  The witness then called police.

Six cans of beer were found in the child's diaper bag.  Bravo's blood-alcohol level was registered at .342 -- more than four times the legal limit.

Bravo was arrested and held on $25,000 bond.
