This low life shows no respect for anything or anyone, so he is again going to be out on the streets in a flash if the patern continuse. Hard crime, hard time! Plenty of it too! Ten years should mean ten years. Twenty should mean twenty. Nothing less! No early outs for any reason. When is the system going to be revamped?
