WEEKI WACHEE, FL – Authorities are looking for a man who wrote up false warnings for girls swimming in a no-swimming area in the Weeki Wachee Preserve. The incident reportedly occurred the weekend before Thanksgiving.
Hernando County Sheriff’s detectives say the man not only wrote the false tickets, but videotaped the girls and took pictures of them.
The suspect is described as a white man in his between 30-40 years old, and stands about 5’ 10”. He weighs about 180 pounds and has a mustache. He was driving a silver mini-van.
