TAMPA, FL - November is big month for music releases and Sean and John have plenty to say about it.

Two former American Idol contestants, Carrie Underwood and Adam Lambert, have new albums out this month.

St. Pete Times music critic Sean Daly says he has a hate-love relationship with Underwood.  He doesn't usually like her music at first and then it grows on him. Before you know it, he says, he's singing her tunes in the car.  Underwood's 3rd album is called Play On. Since her album has just been released, Sean says he's not loving it - at least not yet.  Give him time.

American Idol runner up, Adam Lambert (AKA Glambert) releases his first album on November 23rd. ABC Action News anchor, John Thomas says he's not a big AI fan but admits that Lambert has a strong powerful voice.  Daly says Lambert's single, For Your Entertainment, reminds him of synthetic Justin Timberlake. He'd rather see Lambert singing with a bar band or faux-metal band to really take advantage of his voice.

A favorite group of both Sean and John is Weezer.  Both Sean and John are loving their new album called Ratitude.  Daly says the band is great at producing big, stomping, power-pop songs.

Lastly, a new band, Wolfmother, is hitting the music scene.  They are 4 guys from Australia with giant hair and music that is Led Zepplin-like.  Sean loves their new album, Cosmic Egg.
